Creevy to score half-ton against Boks
Creevy will lead the team out in his 50th Test - which is their opening match of the 2016 Rugby Championship.
The team shows four changes from their last outing, a 0-27 loss to France in June.
Juan Martin Hernández starts at inside centre in place of the injured Jeronimo de la Fuente - who suffered a contraction in the soleus (lower calf) of his right leg in the build-up to the Rugby Championship.
There is also a change at scrumhalf, with 9 Martín Landajo
starting in the No.9 jersey and Tomas Cubelli dropping down to the replacement bench.
Juan Manuel Leguizamon returns to the starting XV in place of Javier Ortega Desio, who will also play off the bench.
The last change is at lock, where Matías Alemanno starts at No.4 and Guido Petti Pagadizaval drops down to the bench.
The Pumas have been training in Johannesburg and only travel to Nelspruit on Thursday.
It will be the 23rd encounter between the two countries, with the Pumas having won only once - in Durban last year. There was also a draw in 2012.
