Herrera replaces Santiago Garcia Botta, who started in the 30-24 win over Italy in Sante Fe last week.

Coach Daniel Hourcade has made one other change, bringing Javier Ortega Desio into the second row in place of Matias Alemanno - who suffered a left ankle injury against Italy.

Star centre Juan Martin Hernandez will be making his 60th appearance.
