Ireland's tour venues confirmed

The venues have been confirmed for Ireland's two-Test tour of Argentina in June.

Joe Schmidt's men will face the Pumas in Resistencia and Tucumán city.

The first Test will take place on Saturday, June 7 at the Estadio Centenario in Resistencia, the capital city of Chaco province which is located in the north east of Argentina.

The second Test comes a week later on Saturday, June 14 and will take place at the Estadio José Fierro in Tucumán province in the north west of Argentina.

Ireland have played 13 Tests against the Pumas, winning eight and losing five. The last encounter between the two sides took place at the Aviva Stadium in November 2012 when Ireland ran out 42-24 winners.

Ireland last toured Argentina in 2007 with the Pumas claiming victory in both Tests on home soil.
