15 Israel Folau:
Remains the world's best fullback under the high ball, however his space was closed down by the Argentina defence and he was unable to make any telling breaks.

14 Dane Haylett-Petty:
Caused Argentina all sorts of problems from the restart as he chased well and managed to win the ball in the air on many occasions. Haylett-Petty showed a good work rate and got himself heavily involved in the game.

13 Samu Kerevi:
Ran hard and straight at the line and tested the Argentina defence with some fantastic running lines. Kerevi was rewarded with two tries of his own throughout the game. The big centre looks to be making the number 13 jersey his own.

12 Bernard Foley:
Combined well with Quade Cooper on his inside and contributed with 13 points from the boot, which includes two conversions and three penalties.

11 Reece Hodge:
Hodge was good on defence and he made some telling kicks up field which sent Argentina tracking back into their own half.

10 Quade Cooper:
Attacked the line with plenty of pace and vision as he freed up his players on the outside with some accurate passing skills which we have become accustomed to.

9 Will Genia:
Had his clearance kick charged down inside the Australia 22 metre line in the first few minutes of the game but besides for that mishap Genia had a solid outing as he varied his game with some accurate box kicks and distributed the ball amongst his forwards and backs when required.

8 Lopeti Timani:
Timani made his Test debut for Australia in this match against Argentina and he is sure to take plenty of positives out of his contribution. Timani did not shy away from the tackle situation and he was able to combine well amongst the forwards and the backs.

7 Michael Hooper:
Received a yellow card for a high tackle in the first half, however he made his presence felt at the breakdown and Hooper assisted with Kerevi's second try as his tackle forced Argentina to lose the ball in contact and Kerevi managed to pick up the loose ball and sprint through for the try.

6 Dean Mumm:
Mumm did the hard work as he made the tackles and secured Australia front foot ball at the breakdown. Mumm was rewarded for his efforts throughout the game with a try late in the second half.

5 Adam Coleman:
Showed fantastic pace and athleticism as he crashed over for the first try of the game. Secured first phase possession for Australia at the line-outs and made an impact with some big hits on defence.

4 Rory Arnold:
Proved a reliable option in the line-out and did plenty of work off the ball as he made his tackles on defence and managed to slow down the opposition ball at the breakdown.

3 Sekope Kepu:
Not only is Kepu able to hold his own at scrum time, however he is fast developing into a modern day skilful prop. Kepu varied his game nicely with some powerful pick and goes and some sublime handling skills.

2 Stephen Moore (captain):
The Australian skipper did his job at scrum and line-out time as he managed to find his jumper with some accurate throws and led the battle up front with some powerful carries.

1 Scott Sio:
Made an impact at the set-piece with his technique at scrum time and contributed to securing Australia quick ball at the breakdown with some good clean outs at the ruck.

17 Tom Robertson (On for Sio, 61st minute):
Looked comfortable alongside Moore and Alaalatoa at scrum time. Put in an impressive effort in the scrum especially in the 75th minute when the Wallabies were awarded the penalty for pressure at scrum time inside their own half.

Ran hard and straight at the line and managed to draw in the Wallabies defensive line with some effective pick and goes.

Managed to take Australia over the advantage line with some big carries and drives.

Competed well at the line-outs and added plenty of physicality to the game.

Made his international debut for the Wallabies and showed plenty of passion and determination on both attack and defence in the few minutes which he got on the park.

Lack of discipline was the highlight of his substitute appearance as Phipps was shown yellow for shoving the physiotherapist to the floor.
