WATCH as French referee Jérôme Garcès speaks about being appointed to referee the World Cup Final between England and South Africa.
Garces revealed that the Final will be his last match as a referee due to his imminent retirement.
He will be supported by compatriot Romain Poite and New Zealand’s Ben O’Keeffe, as the assistant referees, and another Kiwi, Ben Skeen, the TMO.
