Fiji wait on Nacewa decision
Fiji coach Sam Domoni says he is happy to give Leinster fullback Isa Nacewa time to decide whether he will make himself available for the World Cup in New Zealand later this year.
Nacewa told British media this week he had yet to decide whether he would play at the World Cup after a long season capped by Leinster's victory in the Heineken Cup.
The 28-year-old Nacewa, capped once by Fiji, said he would speak with his wife before announcing a decision on his World Cup availability within the next two weeks.
Domoni told the Fiji Times on Friday he was happy to keep the door open for Nacewa.
Fiji last week named the first 43 members of a 50-man squad who will prepare for the World Cup, leaving seven places open.
"We've already had our chats with him [Nacewa]. Now the ball is in his hands," Domoni said.
"He now has to manage and make sure what is beneficial to him. We all want him to come and he understands that. So he's got to manoeuvre his club and his family.
"For us it's a family concept - family comes first in everything we do. If the heart is not with us, then he cannot execute what is required of him. We cannot force anybody to come."
