Jones to leave Rebels for Bordeaux

Jones, 24, has been capped three times by the Wallabies and featured in Michael Cheika's pre-World Cup preparatory squad.

Jones will team up with two other Wallabies in centre Adam Ashley-Cooper and prop Sekope Kepu at Bordeaux, coached by former France hooker Raphael Ibanez.

The Australian forward becomes Ibanez's fourth recruit for next season following the signings of La Rochelle scrumhalf Julien Audy, Leinster's Ireland international flyhalf Ian Madigan and Sale's Moldovan prop Vadim Cobilas.
