INJURY UPDATE: France prop Jean-Baptiste Gros has returned to training with his club after being sidelined since November, Toulon coach Pierre Mignoni said on Friday.

Gros, 25, has been missing since suffering a thigh injury during the victory over Argentina last year and is now in line to be in Les Bleus’ Six Nations squad, named next Wednesday.

“Jean-Baptiste has returned, he’s not yet able to play a game,” Mignoni told reporters before Sunday’s Champions Cup game with Harlequins.

“For next week, I don’t know, maybe,” he added with Toulon heading to Sale on January 19.

France open the Six Nations by hosting Wales in Paris on January 31.
