Tillous-Borde picked up the injury in Saturday's 19-14 win by the reigning three-time European Champions Cup champions at English side Bath.

The 30-year-old's knee sprain will be operated on in the coming days, ruling him out for about two months, the club said.

The absence of the 19-times capped France international follows that of Matt Giteau (adductor), Leigh Halfpenny (knee), Frederic Michalak (thigh) and Paul O'Connell (thigh).

But Toulon can count on the return of Jonathan Pelissie from a two-month injury layoff to replace Tillous-Borde, who was not included in the 31-strong France squad to prepare for the Six Nations tournament.
