O'Shea makes four changes for Scotland finale

Italy are guaranteed the wooden spoon after losing all four of their matches and travel to Murrayfield bidding to avoid a second straight pointless campaign.

Centre Michele Campagnaro is recovering from a shoulder injury and replaced by Tommaso Benvenuti.

Maxime Mbanda starts in the third row ahead of Simone Favaro, as in last month's 15-36 defeat to England, while in the second row Dries Van Schalkwyk cedes his place to George Biagi.

Ornel Gega will occupy the post of hooker with Leonardo Ghiraldini starting on the bench.
