Nine hurt in onfield-fracas
Nine players were hurt Saturday in a violent punch-up which erupted in a match pitting Dinamo Bucharest against Romanian league rivals Farul Constanta, local media reported.
Three of Constanta's Georgian players were among those hurt, according to coach Virgil Tudose.
The trouble broke out after just six minutes when a Constanta player clashed with one of his opponents with Dinamo leading 3-0.
Several Dinamo players became embroiled in the scuffle and soon fists were flying in all directions with the Georgians at the centre of the fray.
The Romanian Rugby federation said it "condemned the players for conduct devoid of fair-play."
Dinamo president Elisabeta Lipa said the club coaches would be dismissed "if it emerges they incited the violence."
