Scots plot All Black upset

Scotland captain Ross Ford says they have started working on a plan to upset the All Blacks at Murrayfield on November 11.

The Scots have upset the Springboks and the Wallabies in the last two years but are still chasing their first-ever victory over New Zealand.

"We go into every game believing that we can win. It's a great opportunity to play against the best team in the world and everyone will be raring to go,” Ford told BBC Scotland.

"It will take an 80-minute performance out of the top drawer, but that's what we have been working on."

Ford said the team have taken great confidence from their consecutive victories over Australia (9-6), Fiji (37-25) and Samoa (17-16) in June.

"We've been working on our consistency and repeating our good work.

"We've just got to make sure that happens against the All Blacks because it will take that to beat them," he said.
