Adaptation no issue for Du Toit
SPOTLIGHT: Springbok prop Thomas du Toit has shed light on his ability to switch between the loosehead and tighthead positions during matches.
The 2019 World Cup-winning prop has had a great Premiership season with Bath thus far - having the ability to play both sides of the scrum makes him a valuable asset to any side, and the Springboks would hope that Du Toit's club form would continue should he be given the opportunity to don the green and gold.
For Du Toit, however, it's all about contributing to the team's cause in whichever capacity he is assigned to do.
"Ultimately we are here as individuals and players to serve the greater good which is the [Springbok] team," Du Toit said.
"Whatever capacity, way, shape or form I can do that, that's going to be my role, whether it's playing or a supporting role, I'm very happy to do either one."
