Wales suffer injury blow ahead of Bok Test

TEAM UPDATE: Wales head coach Warren Gatland has tweaked his matchday squad two days before his team's Test against South Africa at Twickenham Stadium.

Prop Henry Thomas has been ruled out of the starting XV due to a foot injury sustained in training.
