Changes to Test officials

George Clancy of Ireland has been appointed to referee the Twickenham Test between England and the Pacific Islands on 8 November.

The match was to have been refereed by Matt Goddard of Australia.

Clancy has been replaced as assistant referee for the match at Millennium Stadium between Wales and South Africa by Peter Fitzgibbon of Ireland.

Giulio Di Santis of Italy replaces Nigel Whitehouse of Wales as the television match official for the match between England and Australia, David Changleng will be the TMO for the match in Padua between Italy and Australia.
