JWC: Refs for Final day
The IRB has announced the appointment of referees for the Final day, including the championship Final which will refereed by James Jones of Wales.
The match between Uruguay and Japan is also a vital one as it will determine who is relegated to the Junior World Trophy.
The principle of neutrality applied to appointments which rules out Keith Brown, Chris Pollock and Andrew Small for the final.
