There are big club matches in Europe this week with two finals.

European Professional Club Rugby's Champions Cup Final will be refereed by Nigel Owens and the Challenge Cup Final by Johnny Lacey, the matches played on consecutive days in Lyon. There will be a lot of focus on these two matches and so on these two referees.

In the European Nations Cup, if Ukraine beat Moldova they will end up on top of Division 1B and would beat Belgium to promotion to 1A. Cédric Marchat is the man to referee this match.

The 2015-16 Sevens Series goes into its second-last round in Paris with Fiji leading South Africa by eight points.

France's Pro D2 is also in its second-last round before it goes to knock-out. At present Lyon, who have won 24 of their 28 matches, are unassailably top of Pro D2 with 111 match points. Bayonne are second with 82. The wooden spoon is most obviously a contest between Dax (44 points) and Provence (42 points).
