A different side of Siya Kolisi

EXCLUSIVE: Springbok captain Siya Kolisi took some of his free time to speak about the Springbok revival and his softer side that not many get to see.

Kolisi, who was appointed captain of the national side ahead of the June International Series against England, joined Late Tackle's final hurrah and closed the curtain in true Kolisi fashion.

The conversation started on a light-hearted note with Kolisi speaking about his underwear business before the tone got a little bit more serious as we delve into all things Springboks.

He answers questions about his captaincy at 02:35, the mood in the squad at 05:30, planning for the November internationals at 08:22 and the famous victory over the All Blacks in Wellington at 09:38.

Once the serious chat ended, Kolisi's personality came out as we spoke about everything from Cheslin Kolbe (11:20), his rugby heroes and being a role model at 16:07 and of course, his best friend Siyabonga 'Skara' Ntubeni.

Kolisi's softer side showed itself from 26:53 when he spoke about the charity he is busy with and that epic story of how he found his younger siblings and took them in.

The show concludes with Morgan Newman, Anton van Zyl and Howie Kahn sharing their special Late Tackle moments.

Watch until the end for a special conclusion to the show.
