REPORT: Sharks lure another BlitzBok to Durban

TRANSFER TALK: The Sharks continue to bolster their side with yet another impressive signing.

The latest player to join the Sharks is BlitzBoks star, Zain Davids.

According to South African online magazine rugbyrocks.com, the 23-year-old has been loaned to the Sharks for their upcoming Super Rugby unlocked and Currie Cup season.

While it is still unclear which position Davids may occupy in the Sharks set-up for now various media outlets suggest that he could slot in among the loose trio - serving as James Venter's deputy at openside flank.

Davids previously represented SA school and the Junior Boks before joining the BlitzBoks in 2017.

Another Blitzbok, Werner Kok, who joined the Sharks on a permanent deal in July, could make his first appearance for the Durban franchise against the Bulls on ‘Super Fan Saturday’ at Loftus Versfeld next weekend.

Meanwhile, in August fellow BlitzBok star Kurt-Lee Arendse opted to sign for the Blue Bulls on a loan deal for the Currie Cup.
