All Blacks' conditioning is miles ahead

EXCLUSIVE: The All Blacks prove week in and week out just how good they really are, even when they make a host of changes.

Although Argentina forced New Zealand to dig deep and gave a good account of themselves in the third round of the Rugby Championship, the All Blacks kicked into a higher gear which Anton van Zyl believes has nothing to do with skills or tactics.

"The stand out thing is for me is, against the All Blacks a lot of teams go close for the first 55 to 60 minutes and then you see the holes and gaps widens," he said.

"It's not a skills thing, not the tactics thing, there's something the All Blacks do in their conditioning with their speed and power that makes them able to operate at a much higher level for much longer," he added.
