WATCH as retired England and British & Irish Lions flyer Ugochukwu Monye chats to World Cup-winning Springbok Siyamthanda Kolisi.

The Bok skipper reveals how he keeps himself busy during the COVID-19-enforced lockdown and how his rehabilitation from a knee injury is progressing.

Monye, who played 14 Test for England and twice for the Lions, also fired off some intriguing quick-fire questions ate Kolisi.

He asked him who he would go into isolation with?

Other questions included who he wouldn't want to be isolated with, which match he would like to replay, what other job he would like to do, what meal he would like to eat every day, his favourite Disney Film and what superhero he wants to be.
