In a bid to identify the form players in their position within each conference, we are asking you, the readers, to have your say by voting for your favourites.

Our Team of the Week gives a regular insight into which players we here at rugby365.com believe to be setting the competition alight, so for these selections we would like the input of our rational and knowedgeable readers.

Following some requests to look at which players are standing out in each of the conferences we thought it would make for the perfect opportunity to canvas opinion from the experts who contribute so compellingly to our comments section.

So go right ahead and list your form XV's in each conference and we will compile the results and present the readers' selections for each conference at the end of the week.
