Six Nations Team of the Week: Round Four
OPINION: There were quite a few eye-catching performances in Round Four of Six Nations 2019.
England and Ireland have five players each in our selection this week and Wales are not far behind with four players.
Despite losing to Ireland, France are the only other team represented this week with one player.

Team of the Week - Round Four:
15 - Elliot Daly (England):
He was dangerous with ball in hand and played a big role in a number of tries in the win against Italy.

14 - Joe Cokanasiga (England):
He was a monster with ball in hand against the Italians. He was a hard man to bring down and he made some serious metres out wide.

13 - Manu Tuilagi (England):
His power in the midfield gave the Italians plenty of problems and he scored two of his team's eight tries.

12 - Hadleigh Parkes (Wales):
He put his body on the line in a strong defensive effort and he had a few good carries with the ball.

11 - Jonny May (England):
Elusive with the ball out wide. He made a number of clean breaks and he was one of England's try-scorers as well.

10 - Jonathan Sexton (Ireland):
The general controlled things nicely from the No.10 position against France.

9 - Conor Murray (Ireland):
His excellent service to his backline kept the French under pressure and he made good decisions around the park.

8 - CJ Stander (Ireland):
He had a good all-round game against the French, and he made his presence felt at the breakdowns as well.

7 - Justin Tuperic (Wales):
He played a huge part in Wales' defensive effort in the win against Scotland. He made more tackles than anyone else in his team.

6 - Brad Shields (England):
His work rate was unbelievable against Italy. He carried the ball well and made some big hits in defence and he scored two tries.

5 - Alun Wyn Jones (Wales):
Led from the front once again. He was a prominent figure in the physical exchanges, especially when he tackled a few Scots.

4 - James Ryan (Ireland):
He was definitely the Man of the Match in his team's win over France. He put in some bone-crunching tackles and carried the ball like a man possessed in Dublin.

3 - Demba Bamba (France):
He struggled in the scrums, but his hard work in open play caught our attention. His defensive work was good and made some big carries.

2 - Ken Owens (Wales):
He was the best of the hookers in Round Four. He did a lot of hard work up front and put his body on the line with some big tackles.

1 - Cian Healy (Ireland):
He was strong in the scrums and did his fair share of work around the park with ball in hand.
