EP choose sides amidst controversy

Two teams will go to Craven Week, one as Eastern Province and the other as Eastern Province Country Districts.

There are eight players back who were at the 2015 Craven Week - Riaan van Rensburg, Sihle Njezula, Louis Strydom, Kwezi Mafu, Ruben le Roux, Lubabalo Dobela, Khanya Mafunda and Sazi Sandi, the St Andrew's captain, who is back in the EP Country Districts team.

Ata Oliphant and Donovan Stevens have been promoted from last year's Academy side to this year's Craven Week side. Ando has Dihan Odendaal who is in this year's Country Districts side bound for Craven Week.

Viaan Wolmarans, Ruan Jonker and Le Klue Stokes were at the Grant Khomo Week in 2015 features in this year’s Craven Week side.

EP will hope to avenge last year's Craven Week Final, when they were demolished at the hands of Western Province in Stellenbosch.
