Bishops are NOT going to Paul Roos

First they weren't, then they weret and now they aren't going to Paul Roos's Rugby Day in March to celebrate the great Stellenbosch school's 150th Birthday.

Initially Bishops were doubtful because of the possibility of an overseas tour. That off they were to play Outeniqua at the Paul Roos celebration but now they have again withdrawn.

While the 1st XV coach had agreed to go to Paul Roos, the master in charge of rugby had agreed to go to the Eastern Cape with five teams.

The coach had to go cap in hand to Paul Roos and tell them the bad news.

Bishops will take five teams to the Eastern Cape and  on the Thursday have their annual fixture against St Andrew's, whom they first played in 1896. On the Saturday they will take part in the Graeme Rugby Day and play against Grey PE.

Bishops will play Paul Roos on the Markötter Fields during the regular season.
