Excelsior take Sevens

The @lantic Sevens moved down to the Cape this past week and was hosted by Excelsior High School. Not only did they host it by Excelsior excelled themselves and won the cup, beating Paul Roos in the Final

It was the 9th of 16 such tournaments around the country.
