Kearsney's Easter Festival Matches

Kearsney College at Botha's Hill just outside Durban will again be holding its prestigious Easter Festival next year, again with 12 senior schools.

New in 2015 will be SACS of Cape Town and Menlopark of Pretoria. They take the place of Monument of Krugersdorp and Nico Malan of Humansdorp.

Of the 12 teams taking part 11 have been on the FNB Top 20 in 2014. That means it is a strong tournament.

The KwaZulu-Natal Rugby Union takes a great interest in the tournament and at the end awards bursaries for three players to attend its academy, each bursary valued at R100 000 in 2014.

The matches are played on Maundy Thursday, Holy Saturday and Easter Monday.
