Kingsway fixtures 2013

Amanzimtoti - sweet water - used to be a little holiday place south of Durban. Now it is a big town, almost attached to Durban and Kingsway High School is a big school in Amanzimtoti.

The King who took this way south was a commoner, but an heroic one - Dick King who rode on horseback south from Durban for 960 km in 10 days to get help for the beleaguered British. Amanzimtoti was one of the first places he reached on his journey south and the school takes its name from this young man.

It is the school that the Wallaby three-quarter Clyde Rathbone attended and captained. It is a school keen on its rugby and its director of boys' sport, John-Louis Watt has sent us its fixtures for 2015.

Practices start on 7 January 2013 and matches on 15 February in the Night Series at Hoërskool Gelofte in Pinetown. The Night Series ends on 8 March with play-offs for first and third places.
