Monument make Sanix final
Play Christchurch Boys' High
Hoërskool Monument of Krugersdorp are South Africa's representatives at the 7th Sanix Youth Rugby Tournament in Japan and are through to the final in which they will play against Christchurch Boys' High of New Zealand.
Writing from Japan, Hans Coetzee, the Monnas' coach said: "Things are going really well for us and the boys are enjoying themselves immensely."
As in the past, there are 16 schools taking part - eight from Japan and eight from abroad.

To reach the final Monnas beat Higashi Fukuoka in the semi-final on Wednesday.

Christchurch Boys' High reported on their first three matches on their website.
They beat Nagasaki Kita 34-5, Ivybridge Community School 22-0 and Toin Gakuen 31-9 after being down 9-7 at half-time. In their semi-final they beat Tokai University Gyosei.
Like Monument, they have been impressed by the Japanese sides, saying: "We have been very impressed with the Japanese sides as their skill level and commitment are very high."
They have this to say about Monnas: "The South Africans look very strong and they have qualified as the number 1 seed. We have qualified second."
