Rondebosch play Wynberg

There are four famous rugby school in the Cape Peninsula, and two of them play, as they do twice a season, on Saturday -Boys' High and Wynberg Boys' High.

For both sides this is the first match of the official Western Province Schools season. They have had little chance to get out of cricket flannels and into rugby shorts

They each played two matches at the Tony Stoops Rugby Festival. Where Wynberg had an impressive win over the strong Noord-Kaap side, Rondebosch were beaten by Piketberg who were the surprise package of the festival.
