Under-18 action in Casablanca

Madgascatr, Namibia, and SA Academy on top

The Cionfederation of African Rugby's Under-18 tournament is taking place in Casablanca from 25 August to 3 September.

So far Madagascar, Namibia and South Africa are on top.

The South African team was chosen from the players who did not attend Craven Week but webnt to the Academy Week, quiotaed second teams from the various provinces.

In Group A the two pools are topped by Namibia and South Africa. Madagascar won their second match on Tuesday to top Group B ahead of Uganda.

South Africa earlier beat Morocco with a bonus point to sit on five points in Pool 2 ahead of Zimbabwe, who also won against the hosts, although by only two points.

In Pool 1 Namibia lie top having beating Tunisia, who are currently in second place.

In Group B Uganda and Madagascar opened with respective wins against Zambia and the Ivory Coast before the Makis went top with a fine 36-25 win over the Ugandans.
