Villager Sevens postponed

Year in and year out the Villager Sevens has gone along with wet, unpleasant weather. This year the weather excelled itself.

For the first time ion 44 years the Villager Sevens has been postponed.

The referees inspected the pitches and decided that they were too dangerous for play. And so the organisers have  postponed the Sevens to Friday, 7 September 2012.

It will be interesting to see how the weather reacts!
