Bulls wait on Van Zyl

While Burger Odendaal is definitely out for the Currie Cup play-offs, Piet van Zyl will be given until Thursday to recover from an ankle sprain.

 

Odendaal has been ruled out for two months after suffering a broken arm against the Griquas last Saturday.

 

As such will miss the their semifinal match against Western Province at Newlands this coming Saturday.

 

The inside centre suffered a Galleazi fracture to his arm and will be out of action for between eight to10 weeks.

 

Van Zyl will undergo physiotherapy until Thursday as he races to recover in time for the important clash.
