Premiership trio banned

The London Irish No.9 was suspended for three weeks for stamping.

He stood accused of putting his boot on Henry Thomas (Bath), contrary to law 10.4(b), during Premiership Round Four match last week.

The panel of Jeremy Summers (chairman), Aidan O'Brien and Inigo Churchill banned the scrumhalf, who pleaded guilty, until November 30.

He can play again on December 1.

Lorenzo Cittadini of Wasps was suspended for one week, until November 16, after pleading guilty to punching Gloucester's Billy Twelvetrees, contrary to law 10.4(a).

He can play again on November 17.

Jacques Burger of Saracens, who received two citing commissioner warnings for acts contrary to good sportsmanship, contrary to law 10.4(m), was suspended for one week until November 16.

He can play again on November 17, but will miss Saracens' opening match in the European Champions Cup - when they play French giants Toulouse at Allianz Park on Saturday.
