Mills gets two-week ban

Mills pleaded guilty and was charged for dangerous tackling, contrary to Law 10.4(e). He is free to play again on Tuesday, December 6.

The incident occurred in the first half of the Premiership match at the weekend and Mills was subsequently cited by the citing commissioner for dangerous play on Rory Hutchinson of Northampton.

The RFU disciplinary panel, said: "The panel were satisfied that the player did not intend to tackle his opponent dangerously but was reckless in the execution of the tackle. The panel found that the challenge was mistimed owing to a long lay-off through injury and lack of match fitness and was, therefore, a low-end offence,"

The RFU disciplinary panel was chaired by  HHJ Sean Enright with Tony Wheat and Chris Skaife making up the 3-man panel.
