Brew earned seven caps for his country.

In August 2011 he was named in the Wales squad for the 2011 World Cup in New Zealand.

He represented Wales Sevens in the first two stages of the 2007–2008 World Series, in Dubai and George, South Africa, where the team won the Bowl trophy in the latter leg.

Brew was also part of the Welsh team who won the Melrose Cup at the 2009 World Cup Sevens.

"Aled is an international standard wing," said Bath Director of Rugby Todd Blackadder.

"So we are very pleased that he's joined us.
