Since making his debut for Wales' capital region, Cuthbert has made 112 appearances and touched down 45 times.

The 27-year-old has established himself as a firm favourite at Cardiff Arms Park but has cited the need for a new challenge at this stage of his career.

Cardiff Blues thanked Alex for his time at the region and wish him the very best for his move to Exeter Chiefs.
