CONFIRMED: Munster rope in Bulls centre

The 25-year-old is set to train with Irish side Munster ahead of their Pro14 clash against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.

Swanepoel, who will meet up with the Munster in Cape Town, has been brought in as short-term cover for injuries.

However, the 25-year-old could make a permanent move to Ireland depending on him obtaining a work permit.

The Bulls confirmed the short-term move in a statement.

"The Blue Bulls Company would like to confirm that centre Dries Swanepoel has been invited to join Munster this week while they are in Cape Town. It is envisaged the 25-year-old will join the Irish club as injury cover on a short-term loan signing, subject to being granted a valid work permit.

"This is a great opportunity for Swanepoel and we wish him well on this venture,"
