Preview: Pro12, Rearranged

Reigning champions, Glasgow Warriors, have a chance to claim some of their points in hand when Leinster are their opponents at Scotstoun. Warriors will be looking for league points to overtake their Scottish rivals Edinburgh, in the chase for qualification for the European Champions Cup next season, however Leinster are themselves looking for points in their challenge for a home playoff place in May.

On the same day, Munster travel to the Welsh capital to face Cardiff Blues knowing that victory could lift the visitors back into contention for a coveted playoff spot or, at the very least, aid their challenge for Champions Cup qualification.

The Munstermen will be keeping an eye on the results from Scotstoun, as Warriors are just four points behind them on the table.

We look at Friday's action!

Glasgow Warriors v Leinster

(Scotstoun Stadium, Kick-off: 19.35 GMT)

This Round Nine game was postponed from its original date in early December due to weather conditions.

Glasgow Warriors have lost just one of their last six fixtures - 10-13 away at Ulster on February 12. The Warriors solitary defeat at Scotstoun since September was 15-26 to Northampton in the European Champions Cup on November 21.

Leinster have lost just once since Round Four - 13-23 to Newport Gwent Dragons at Rodney Parade on January 29. The Leinstermen's only defeat to a Scottish opponent in their last five such encounters was 9-16 to Edinburgh at Meggetland in Round One this season.

Leinster won 23-18 at the RDS Arena in Round Five and have achieved a regular season's double over the Warriors only once since the 2005/06 season. Leinster's only previous victory at Scotstoun was 6-0 in November 2012 - that was also the only time that the Warriors have been kept scoreless at home.
