Isa blow for Pumas

The encounter, the first Southern Hemisphere championship encounter to be played at Twickenham, is the last match of the Rugby Championship for this year.

Pumas coach Daniel Hourcade made four changes - which could become six, depending on late fitness tests for star playmaker Nicolás Sánchez and wing Manuel Montero.

Should either or both of them fail their fitness tests, Santiago González Iglesias, Jerónimo De la Fuente and Ramiro Moyano will come into the picture.

Iglesias could start at flyhalf, if Sanchez is out, with De la Fuente taking his place in midfield, while Ramiro Moyano will slot in on the wing.
