McLean in for Italy against England

McLean, who came on as a replacement after 56 minutes in the 21-23 loss to France in Paris last weekend, will replace David Odiete, who is nursing an ankle injury.

The 28-year-old Australian-born McLean is one of the most experienced players in the Italy squad with 76 caps.

Brunel will otherwise stick with the team which narrowly lost in the Stade de France as they bid to beat England for the first time.
