Lions unleash Combrinck against Stormers
Combrinck returns to action after he picked up an injury while on duty for his Japanese club Kintetsu Liners.
The 27-year-old makes his return ten days before the Lions depart on their tour to Australasia.
In the only other change to the starting line-up to face the Stormers, Marvin Orie returns to the second row.
On the bench, Johannes Jonker comes in for Jacobie Adriaanse.
The Lions have a bye next week and will leave South African shores on April 17. The Lions face the Waratahs (Sydney), Reds (Brisbane), Hurricanes (Wellington) and the Highlanders (Dunedin) on their tour.
