Bok scrumhalf under the knife

With the Bulls preparations for the 2018 Super Rugby season is in full swing, the majority of the squad is involved.

However, Springbok scrumhalf  Rudy Paige underwent surgery for a groin niggle earlier this month.

Paige complained of a painful groin after the Boks' year-end your in  November and went under the knife on January 5.

He is expected to be fit by the end of February.

He joins Ruan Steenkamp and Ivan van Zyl on the long-term injury list.

Hendrè Stassen, Corniel Els, Jannes Kirsten and Jesse Kriel are all taking part in selected team sessions.

Gerhard Steenekamp and JT Jackson should be back in action by the end of January, while Shaun Adendorff and Dries Swanepoel have returned to full training.
