CONFIRMED: Bulls bring in Tongan centre

TRANSFER NEWS: The Bulls have finally announced that Tonga centre Nafi Tuitavake will join the Super Rugby franchise.

According to media reports, Tuitavake has signed a two-year deal with the Pretoria-based side.

The 30-year-old joins the Bulls following a three-year stint with Premiership side Northampton Saints.

Tuitavake was part of Tonga’s 2019 World Cup squad, however, his tournament was cut short after he broke his arm during the defeat to England.

He has played 14 Tests for his country since making his debut in 2016 but is yet to score in an international match.

The centre, who is the younger brother of former All Black wing Anthony Tuitavake, is no stranger to the Super Rugby competition having been part of the Crusaders squad for the 2014 Super Rugby season.

Tuitavake set to becoming the first Tongan player to wear the Bulls jersey.
