Lions unchanged for Kings
Ackermann has chosen the same starting XV and overall matchday 23 that thumped the Sharks 37-10 in Johannesburg last weekend.
Flank Jaco Kriel will again captain the side.
The Lions, who have already qualified for the quarterfinals, will not want to lose any momentum going into the play-offs.
They have won their last four matches with a bonus point since losing to the Hurricanes in Round 10 and are currently sitting at the top of the combined Super Rugby standings.
They also have the best points difference and they have scored the most tries so far in this year's competition - two more than the second-placed Chiefs.
After their clash against the Southern Kings, the Lions travel to Argentina to face the Jaguares - their final league phase fixture.
