New front row for Lions
Corné Fourie, Armand van der Merwe and Ruan Dreyer will form a new front row in place of Julian Redelinghuys, Malcolm Marx and Dylan Smith, while Cyle Brink will don the No.6 jersey in place of Jaco Kriel, who drops down to the bench.
Marx and Redelinghuys are both recovering from injuries sustained against the Stormers
Other changes to the team that beat the Stormers 29-22 last week sees Francois de Klerk at scrumhalf in place of Ross Cronje, while Howard Mnisi starts at inside centre in place of Rohan Janse van Rensburg.
Ramone Samuels has been drafted in from the Currie Cup side to cover at hooker and Jacques van Rooyen comes in as the prop substitute.
