Sharks unchanged for Hurricanes
The Sharks are coming off an impressive 63-40 win over the Blues in Auckland and they will be looking to end their Australasian tour on a high by causing a major upset at McLean Park.
"After the disappointments of the first two weeks on tour, the boys were hurt, but they were desperate to get a first win on tour," said du Preez.
"If there had been a lack of effort previously I would have been really worried, but that wasn't the issue. This time around the boys brought the effort and the accuracy, so it was much better and I was really pleased with that performance [against the Blues].
"Everyone was desperate to put in a good performance, and that aim was achieved. Every player had a part to play, including the bench players when they came on."
The Sharks started their tour with a 17-24 loss to the Brumbies before being hammered 14-46 by the Rebels in Melbourne.
The win against the Blues was only the Sharks' second this season. Their other win came against the Sunwolves.
