The results mean that as the highest-ranked team to reach the Grand Final, Stormers (3) will host the game in Cape Town against a Munster (5) side that won the Round 17 encounter between the sides in April.

Three-time league winners, Munster will be seeking to lift the URC trophy for the first time while the Stormers are on a mission to become the back-to-back champions.
