Player profile: Damion Stander
The Nadoes have - over the years - scouted far and wide for talent, but how lucky for them when they came across Damion 'Dutchie' Stander standing aside the training field with a beer in hand one day...
Damion couldn't resist the vibe of the Nadoes and soon found himself on the field as a Nadoes regular and looks set to make a splash in the 2010 Steinhoff Koshuisrugby Championships.
'Dutchie' is well-known throughout the land of UCT for one thing, and one thing only - beer drinking.
Let's share Damion's interview with the world:
Name: Damion Stander.
Nickname: Dutchie.

How did you become a Nadoes Ranger? I once saw a few okes throwing the ball around on the 'Bosch fields and it looked pretty sick, so thought I'd pull in. (The rest, as they usually say is history?! - ed.)
Which Nadoes legend do you most look up to? Donkey, man can he throw a vibe!!!
Before a rugby game: I... Play loud music and strap my wrists..
Where will you be in ten years' time? Throwing a vibe in the changeroom after Nadoes win the Steinhoff Internal League - again!
What do you eat for breakfast? Jungle Energy Crunch and yoghurt.
If you could invite any three people to dinner, who would they be? Jake White, John Smit, Luke Watson. (Need we ask why?! - ed.)
Current Facebook status: "Oh my, why did I do that?"
Youth or experience: Experience always wins.
Favourite quote: "Maybe, just once, someone will call me 'Sir' without adding, 'You're making a scene'." - Homer J. Simpson.
Favourite superhero: Batman.
Relationship status: Very single... but thinking about a change!
Favourite Nadoes moment: I'd love to say the 2009 final, but I couldn't make the whole final, so it's got to be my first fines meeting. Never in my life have I experienced something so hectic! It's pretty hard to remember the exact details of that night...
Sleeves or a 'beater: A 'beater for the boys!
