Quarterfinal time at Tukkies

Onderstepoort and Boekenhout go into the quarterfinals of Tuks' Steinhoff Winter House League as the overwhelming favourites for championships honours.

The quarterfinals take place on Tuesday, August 25.

OP is the only team which did not take a knock in the Top 8 round, ending first in Group X with 29 points.

In Group Y, Boekenhout won three of their four Top 8 matches, taking top spot with 26 log points.

In the last Top 8 matches played on Tuesday, August 18 OP and Boekenhout registered wins against Olienhout and Geelhout, respectively. Sonop beat Mopanie, whilst Maroela took care of Kiaat.

In the quarterfinals, all eyes will not only be on OP and Boekenhout. A determined late charge can be expected from defending champions Maroela and 2008 runners-up Sonop.

Tuesday, August 25:

U20 teams (17:30): Taaibos v Olienhout (LC A); Vividus v Kollege (LC B); Sonop v Olympus (LC C); Boekenhout v Mopanie (LC D).

First teams (19:00): OP v Kiaat (LC A); Mopanie v Sonop (LC B); Boekenhout v Geelhout (LC C); Olienhout v Maroela (LC D).
